ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2008 and currently lead a team of 17. My State Farm journey began while I was working my way through college. I was recruited to become a State Farm team member and quickly discovered a career I truly loved. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, cooking, entertaining, and spending time with my family.
Giving back to the community is at the heart of everything we do. Our agency is heavily involved in local schools, community events, and charitable organizations. We believe that building strong relationships and serving our community are just as important as serving our customers.

As an Account Associate for Adam McCarty - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
