  • Monitor portfolio performance, learner feedback, field insights, readiness indicators, and business inputs to identify gaps, redundancies, underperforming assets, and opportunities to improve learning effectiveness and business relevance
  • Provide strategic oversight for curricula, learner journeys, onboarding pathways, field readiness milestones, and capability-building experiences so the portfolio remains coherent, current, and easy to navigate
  • Apply business, clinical, and scientific expertise to interpret evolving business developments and translate them into portfolio implications, learning priorities, and clear direction for content and curriculum work
  • Represent the Neuroscience learning portfolio in business planning, governance discussions, launch readiness forums, and cross-functional working sessions; influence stakeholders through clear recommendations, sound judgment, and enterprise-minded decision making
  • Collaborate with business partnerships, LEO and vendor partners, and business stakeholders to align portfolio priorities with available resources, timelines, budget considerations, and capacity constraints
  • Provide portfolio leadership for time-sensitive business requests, urgent updates, launch support, and cross-portfolio priorities across JJIM clinical portfolios, ensuring appropriate prioritization and coordinated execution
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports by setting clear expectations, clarifying priorities, removing barriers, creating focus, and enabling team members to contribute effectively to portfolio outcomes
  • Provide timely feedback, coaching, and development support that strengthens individual capability, builds learning and portfolio management skills, and supports career growth and performance expectations
  • Establish team ways of working, role clarity, operating rhythms, and workload practices that help the team manage competing priorities, sustain quality, and deliver against portfolio commitments
  • Model inclusive, collaborative, and enterprise-minded leadership that promotes trust, knowledge sharing, accountability, continuous improvement, and team effectiveness
