Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Position Details

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

Provide scheduled therapy sessions to an assigned caseload
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs
Review client progress and make appropriate adjustments to care
Coordinate with other professionals when additional support is needed
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time
Maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical standards

Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
Skilled in therapy techniques and client communication.
Team-oriented approach with a desire for professional development.
