✨ Work on Events the World Talks About

At Arena, we turn bold ideas into unforgettable experiences. Our teams design, build, and deliver world‑class event spaces for global names like Formula 1, the Ryder Cup, and the PGA Tour — and we do it on some of the biggest stages in the world.

With projects across the US, UK, Middle East, and Asia, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, work with industry experts, and see your work come to life in real time. If you’re looking for a fast‑paced environment, real responsibility, and the chance to be part of something exciting from day one, Arena is the place to grow your career.

You’ll Love This Role

  • A split schedule built for balance — 50% over-the-road, 50% local out of our Oak Creek branch, so you get long-haul variety without living on the road
  • Freight worth bragging about — you'll haul the tents, structures, and equipment behind some of North America's most prestigious sporting, commercial, and corporate events
  • Real ownership — your routes, your rig, your schedule; plan smart, drive safe, and run it like it's yours
  • Routes to branch locations nationwide and between active job sites — no two weeks look exactly the same
  • A tight team that takes pride in executing at a high level, at a company that promotes from within

️ How You’ll Support the Structure

  • Transport finished goods and raw materials to and from branch locations nationwide and between job sites — a direct role in delivering memorable events across the country
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, staying ahead of mechanical and safety items to keep yourself and others safe on the road
  • Plan and execute efficient routes while meeting delivery schedules — using your experience to handle traffic, weather, and the unexpected with confidence
  • Accurately log work/rest periods and mileage, and retain fuel and toll receipts in compliance with FMCSA regulations
  • Maneuver safely into loading and unloading positions, verify delivery instructions, and report any defects, accidents, or violations promptly
  • Uphold all truck driving rules and regulations — size, weight, route designations, parking, and break requirements — along with company policies

The Foundation You Already Have

We're looking for a safety-first professional driver who takes pride in doing the job right every time.

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) — required
  • Proven professional truck driving experience with a clean driving record (no recent moving or driving violations)
  • Extensive working knowledge of truck driving rules and regulations — size, weight, routes, and hours of service
  • Comfort with electronic equipment and software: GPS, AVL units, CB radios, and ELD devices
  • The stamina to drive long hours and the adaptability to handle traffic delays and changing weather
  • A strong sense of personal integrity and team orientation

Bonus Points If You Have These

  • Experience hauling event equipment, specialty freight, or oversized loads
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual transmission or flatbed experience
