Medical Laboratory Scientist Lead

Under general supervision, performs complex analyses on a variety of sample types, utilizing independent judgment to generate acceptable test results. Performs as lead by managing workflow, mentoring others and serving as a clinical and technical resource.

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, biology or related sciences and minimum of three years’ experience in a clinical laboratory required or; an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, or completion of Military Laboratory Technology with a minimum of five years of experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in clinical laboratory required with a Bachelor’s degree, or five years of experience in a clinical laboratory with an Associate’s degree or completion of Military Laboratory Technician program required.
• ASCP or equivalent preferred.

Schedule: Evenings; M-F 3p-11:30p Rotating Weekends
