Job Title:                           Boot Fitter

Type of Position:            Full-time, Seasonal; Part-time, Seasonal

Schedule:                         Full-time and part-time can/will include weekends/holidays

Pay:                                   $20.00/hr.

Summary

You are passionate about excellent customer service and are driven to provide the best experience possible for guests and fellow employees. You will be responsible for accurate fitting of boot and helmet rentals for guest needs. You will assist with other rental shop duties as the need arises. 

Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.

Essential Functions (but not limited to)

• Assist guests in determining what their needs are in relation to boots and helmets
• Operates a computer with tech bench software.
• Assist attendants and cashiers with excellent customer service in fitting boots and helmets for guests needs.
• Assist with equipment return.
• Assist with organization of rental shop equipment.
• Assist with daily cleaning of rental shop, workstations and exterior areas as needed.
• Assist with end of day rental agreement paperwork.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate clearly and calmly, respectful, and considerate to others.
• Written and oral communication in English required.
• Previous customer service and basic computer skills preferred.

Physical Demands

• This position is regularly required to stand, bend, stoop, lift and twist.
• This position will frequently be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
• This position will be required to assist in snow removal, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
