CelLink is looking for hands-on Manufacturing Technicians to join our growing team at our new, state-of-the-art mega manufacturing facility in Georgetown, Texas.

As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll serve as the technical bridge between Production and Engineering, helping ensure our manufacturing processes run safely, consistently, and efficiently. You’ll operate and set up production equipment, make process adjustments, troubleshoot first-level process issues, and support engineering with process trials, qualifications, and new product introductions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, figuring out why a process or product isn't performing as expected, and working with engineers to identify and implement solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to build technical expertise in advanced manufacturing while directly contributing to improvements in quality, yield, throughput, and process stability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up manufacturing equipment and processes, including equipment changeovers, startup checks, adjustments, cleaning, and routine operator-level equipment care, while following established work instructions and process specifications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot manufacturing processes by identifying abnormal equipment conditions, process variation, defects, and other issues affecting safety, quality, yield, or throughput; perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate complex equipment issues to Maintenance or Engineering.
  • Support Engineering with process development and NPI activities, including process trials, qualifications, validation builds, experiments, and implementation of new or improved manufacturing processes.
  • Collect, analyze, and document manufacturing data including process measurements, defects, downtime, equipment conditions, and adjustments; perform basic inspections and testing and communicate findings and trends to Engineering and other stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor by identifying opportunities to improve process stability, quality, yield, cycle time, and throughput and partnering with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to implement solutions.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and controlled manufacturing environment by following safety and quality requirements, supporting 5S and material control, maintaining accurate production documentation, and helping improve standard work and troubleshooting procedures.

Experience/Education

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, process support, equipment operation, or a related technical environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely use hand tools and measurement equipment.
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and consistently execute processes with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to recognize abnormal process or equipment conditions and communicate issues clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document production information.
  • Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to systematically troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues and identify potential causes.
  • Ability to distinguish between issues that can be addressed through process adjustments and those requiring escalation to Maintenance or Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curiosity to understand how manufacturing processes work.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize subtle changes in process conditions or product quality.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document issues and communicate effectively across Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance.
  • Ability to learn new equipment, processes, and technologies quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certificate, associate degree, military technical training, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing processes, NPI, process trials, or equipment qualifications.
  • Experience in high-volume, automated, cleanroom, or controlled manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, 5S, root cause analysis, SPC, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with process data collection, basic Excel, measurement equipment, or manufacturing systems.
  • Experience performing equipment setups, changeovers, adjustments, or first-level troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
