Job Overview
Laborers work outdoors in a physically demanding environment. You’ll help prepare job sites, handle materials, use hand and power tools, and install fencing systems to the highest quality standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and want to build valuable construction skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools to trench and prepare pathways
• Patch and repair concrete and asphalt surfaces as needed
• Assist in digging holes, setting fence posts, and installing fencing systems
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Measure and lay out project areas according to specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe job site

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test (required for employment)
• Previous construction or labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and attention to safety
