About the Role:
Eastern Shore Green Clean LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Haymarket, VA! Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to a high standard of quality
- Use eco-friendly and green cleaning products safely and effectively
- Follow customized client cleaning checklists and special instructions
- Maintain and transport cleaning supplies and equipment between job sites
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site
- Uphold company standards for quality control and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the workday
- Trustworthy, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Comfortable working in clients' homes and respecting their privacy and property
