Overview

The Manager of Revenue Cycle Hospital Liaison serves as the principal bridge between revenue cycle and clinical leadership for revenue cycle performance and analytical insights. This role consolidates revenue cycle inquiries, analyzes departmental and specialty performance data, and delivers actionable insights to both revenue cycle and clinical stakeholders. By functioning as the primary touchpoint for market leaders and coordinating monthly meetings with market presidents, the Manager drives alignment, resolves or escalates clinical questions, and promotes continuous improvement across care locations.


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business management, or a related field, or relative experience.

Experience

  • Minimum 5'years in healthcare revenue cycle management or PMO leadership, with at least 2'years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing revenue-cycle process-improvement initiatives.

License/Certification/Registration

  • Epic certification in one or more revenue cycle reporting modules (Clarity, Cogito) strongly preferred.
  • Microsoft Power BI certification a plus.

Other Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing and implementing revenue-cycle process-improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams that coordinate across Finance, Compliance, IT, and clinical units.
  • Advanced analytical background in payer data, including experience distilling reimbursement trends into actionable recommendations for clinical and financial leadership.
  • Proven ability to motivate a high-performance team, resolve conflicts, and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational-management skills.
