The Manager of On-Site Registration and Check-in Standardization is responsible for leading the governance, standardization, and operational oversight of check-in practices across assigned hospital and ambulatory locations, including emergency departments as applicable. This role establishes and reinforces consistent check-in standards that support accurate patient identification, demographic and coverage verification, required consents and notifications, Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) and coordination of benefits (COB) documentation, document capture, patient financial workflow prompts, and timely completion of registration requirements. The Manager ensures site teams follow approved standard work, monitors adherence through routine audits and performance review, identifies variation or defects, and drives corrective action in partnership with site leadership, Patient Financial Services, Compliance, training, IT, and other Revenue Cycle stakeholders. The role serves as an operational governance leader for check-in quality, accountability, and continuous improvement to reduce front-end errors, improve patient experience, and support claim quality.

Education: Bachelor�s degree preferred Experience: 3 years of revenue cycle leadership experience License/Certification/Registration: N/A Other Qualifications: � Strong understanding of Patient Access check-in, registration, and front-end revenue cycle standards in a multi-site or matrixed healthcare environment. � Demonstrated ability to build governance routines, monitor adherence to standard work, and sustain accountability across operational teams. � Ability to analyze audit results, performance trends, and defect data to identify root causes and implement practical corrective actions. � Knowledge of registration compliance requirements, including identity verification, MSP, COB, consents, required notifications, financial clearance prompts, and documentation standards.
