The Director of On-Site Registration & Check-in provides enterprise-wide leadership for arrival, check-in, and registration execution across hospital and ambulatory settings, including emergency departments. This leader is accountable for enterprise governance, policies, standards, controls, and performance routines, while day-to-day execution remains locally delivered by site teams. The Director drives consistent capture of identity, demographics, coverage, consents, and Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) / coordination of benefits (COB) information to strengthen billing integrity, patient experience, and claim quality. The Director partners with hospital and ambulatory operations, PFS, Compliance, strategic business partners, and IT to embed standard work, strengthen standardized training and quality assurance, and EHR tools and workflows that reduce front-end defects and preventable denials.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of revenue cycle leadership experience.
License/Certification/Registration: Not required.
