Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inspections, scheduled maintenance, and preventive maintenance of production equipment and fixtures
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns; diagnose and repair mechanical faults (hydraulic, pneumatic, transmission, etc.)
- Establish and maintain equipment maintenance records, documenting root causes, repair plans, and replaced parts
- Participate in installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment
- Propose equipment improvement suggestions to enhance reliability and reduce downtime
- Manage spare parts inventory and submit replenishment requests as needed
Requirements:
- Vocational school or high school diploma or above; Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics major preferred
- 3+ years of mechanical equipment maintenance experience; experience with sheet metal/welding/stamping equipment maintenance preferred
- Familiar with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and mechanical transmission principles and maintenance
- Capable of independently diagnosing and resolving common mechanical faults; basic benchwork skills
- Relevant certifications (fitter certificate, etc.) preferred; responsible and dependable
