About the Role:
The Kitter/Tool Crib Attendant plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by efficiently managing the distribution and inventory of tools, equipment, and materials required on the production floor. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with inventory management software or databases.
- Ability to lift and carry tools and equipment up to 50 pounds safely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or tool crib operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of tools, equipment, and kits to manufacturing personnel according to established procedures.

- Inspect tools and equipment for damage or wear and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary to uphold safety standards.
