What You’ll Do

 Diagnose & Repair

• Troubleshoot and repair residential plumbing systems (fixtures, water heaters, piping, etc.)
• Identify root causes and provide long-term solutions—not just quick fixes
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections

 Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience

• Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions
• Build trust through professionalism and quality work
• Provide options and recommendations that meet customer needs

 Drive Results

• Identify opportunities for additional services, repairs, or system upgrades
• Contribute to revenue goals through efficient, solution-based service
• Maintain high-quality workmanship with minimal callbacks

 Stay Organized & Efficient

• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and time spent
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area
• Use company-provided technology to manage jobs and updates

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of residential plumbing/service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Valid California Driver’s License 

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with water heaters (tank & tankless)
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes
• Experience in service-based plumbing sales
• Drain cleaning or sewer experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $20 - 54.00 per hour + performance-based incentives
