Manufacturing Supervisor - Swing Shift

The Manufacturing Supervisor - Swing Shift is responsible for leading and coordinating manufacturing operations during the second shift (Monday – Friday 2:30pm to 11:00pm) within a precision manufacturing shop environment. 

This role oversees machine operators, setup personnel, and support staff to ensure production schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and efficiency goals are achieved. 

The supervisor is responsible for fostering a positive team culture while maintaining operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
