  • Shift Collaboration: Provide operational support to Shift Supervisors, Warehouse Leads, and cross-functional manufacturing teams across daily operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a shipping/receiving office, warehouse logistics, freight dispatch, or transportation coordination environment.
  • Proven computer proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or transportation management software (e.g., SAP, JDA/Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or equivalent).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated capability in interpersonal coordination and problem resolution.
  • Strong organizational, record-keeping, and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • In-depth hands-on working knowledge of SAP and JDA/Blue Yonder logistics applications.
  • Prior experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or regulated warehouse environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-direct, prioritize tasks, and execute responsibilities with minimal supervision in dynamic environments.
