As an Assembler - Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest quality standards are met. You will work with a team of dedicated professionals to meet production goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our production processes, ensuring that our products meet the rigorous standards expected by our customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our products and the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform kitting of substrates and small parts onto gel packs using tweezers and vacuum wands.
  • Load and unload substrates from an automated pick-and-place machine.
  • Physically count substrates and confirm quantities are accurate.
  • Visually inspect kitted substrates and confirm the correct parts have been kitted. 
  • Inspection may be performed under a microscope.
  • Clean, stage, and organize substrates, gel packs, and waffle packs on staging shelves. 
  • Understand and follow written and verbal work instructions.
  • Fill out logs and operation sheets.
  • Run other Thin Film processes and machines as requested by the supervisor.

Shift – Mon- Fri (5am- 1:30pm)

 

Pay Transparency

The hourly pay range for this position is $22.05 – $27.60. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.   • Basic computer skills for time charging
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license)
