Job Summary:
The primary duty is to safely and efficiently operate the skid steer loader to perform various tasks. This may include moving materials, lifting and carrying loads, digging, grading, and other tasks depending on the attachments equipped on the loader. Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
Schedule:
Week 1: Monday - Thursday 7am-7pmWeek 2: Monday - Wednesday 7am-7pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Grease and fuel equipment prior to use
- Complete all precheck notes prior to use per SOP
- Keep the TC conveyor belt full of tires at a steady pace\
- Day shift unload all and full trailers and dry van’sÂ
- Night shift unload tire pad
- Determine what tires can be placed on conveyor belt per product being made
- Complete all beginning/end of shift responsibilities per the SOP
- Check in and out with your shift lead
- Understanding of tire quantity ratios for TC belt
- Maintain a count of empty trailers throughout shift
- Post all necessary communication in chat per new hire paperwork
- Operate Rim Crusher when needed to manage rim levels
- PPE on all all times
- Complete all precheck notes prior to use per SOP
- Understand your surroundings when driving the machine
- Follow all entrance and exit procedures per certification
- Tire selection process
- Tire quantity ratios for TC conveyor belt
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management

- Understand and follow all OSHA and site-specific safety programs.
- Must be reliable and flexible.
- Willingness to work in hot, cold, wet and dirty conditions.

- Safety boots required.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
