Alliance Painting is a fast-growing residential painting company looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Office & Accounting Manager to oversee the administrative and financial functions of our office.


This is a key position within our company. We need someone who takes ownership, follows through, catches problems before they become bigger problems, and can be trusted to keep the administrative side of the business running smoothly.


Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and ensure bills and vendors are paid accurately and on time
  • Review invoices, statements, transactions, and account balances for accuracy
  • Assist with accounts receivable and outstanding customer balances
  • Manage company credit card and banking administration
  • Support payroll and accounting processes
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
  • Coordinate with vendors, banks, CPA/accounting partners, and company leadership
  • Manage office paperwork, insurance documents, vehicle records, renewals, and other administrative requirements
  • Assist with customer communication, online reviews, and follow-up
  • Track deadlines and open items through completion
  • Identify discrepancies or potential problems and proactively resolve or escalate them
  • Maintain an organized, professional, and responsive office environment

Previous experience in office management, bookkeeping, accounting administration, construction, or home services is strongly preferred.
