Continuously improve production efficiency and ensure manufacturing processes comply with standard specifications through time studies and process tracking. Key Responsibilities 1. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Creation and Maintenance Documentation: Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and inspection guidelines for new products or engineering changes. Line Verification: Conduct on-site production line verification to ensure SOP content aligns with actual operations, and provide on-site training to operators. Version Control: Manage the issuance, retrieval, and archiving of Engineering Change Notice (ECN) related documents. 2. Time Study and Line Balancing Time Measurement: Utilize stopwatches or digital tools to conduct on-site time studies and determine standard cycle times for each workstation. Line Balancing: Analyze production bottlenecks, assist in optimizing workstation allocation and balancing efficiency, and enhance overall line utilization. Data Maintenance: Establish and maintain standard labor hour databases to provide operational data support. 3. Production Efficiency and On-Site Improvement Support daily on-site Kaizen activities to reduce operational waste. 4. Ad-hoc Tasks Complete various project assignments and on-site coordination tasks assigned by engineers and supervisors. QualificationsJob Requirements Education: High school diploma or above. Experience: Manufacturing site experience or related IE assistant experience preferred (welcoming detail-oriented and fast-learning entry-level candidates). Professional Skills: Basic computer proficiency (proficient in Excel data organization and basic chart creation). Good observation skills and numerical logic.
