Periodontist

We are looking for a Periodontist who will partner with us to care for and support our family-friendly community in Fort Smith, AR!

Responsibilities  

• Diagnose, provide, and maintain the highest standard of patient care
• Educate patients on their treatment plan options and maintaining their oral health
• Develop a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for patients
• Partner with and lead the team in fostering a collaborative environment

Qualifications

DMD or DDS Degree

MSD/Certificate in Periodontics

Valid Dentistry License/Eligibility in the State of Arkansas with no disciplinary actions
