No degree required — but you do need sales experience. Bring us a track record of hitting numbers and a genuine ability to read people, and we'll teach you the automotive side while you earn. 

What You Could Earn 

  • Our average salesperson earns $75,000–$150,000 in their first year 

  • Base pay plus commission on every vehicle you sell — your ceiling is set by your effort, not by a salary band 

  • Monthly performance bonuses and manufacturer incentives stacked on top of commission 

  • Already have a following? Monetize it. Every car you sell off your own TikTok, Instagram, or Snap audience pays the same commission as a showroom walk-in — bring your audience and it starts working for you 

What You'll Actually Do 

  • Work internet leads: answer email and text inquiries within minutes, shoot personalized video walkarounds of the exact vehicle they're asking about, and turn online shoppers into booked appointments 

  • Greet everyone who walks in, find out what they need, and put them in the right vehicle 

  • Run test drives and break down features, financing, and trade-in value in plain English 

  • Build your own pipeline through social media, referrals, and relentless follow-up 

  • Hand completed deals to finance, then deliver the vehicle yourself 

  • Stay in touch after the sale — repeat and referral business is where the real money is 

What You Need 

  • One year or more of sales experience — retail, wireless, fitness, restaurant, or automotive all count 

  • High school diploma or GED 

  • Valid driver's license 

  • A State Sales License and manufacturer certification through CDJR, Fiat, or Kia — we'll help you get both 

  • Weekend availability 

  • Priority given to tech-savvy applicants — we run a digital showroom, and comfort with CRM tools, texting, video walkarounds, and social selling puts you at the front of the line
