Infopact Inc, founded in 2004, is an SBA-certified 8(a) Woman-Owned Small Business specializing in providing technical and management operations support for Department of Defense and Federal civilian agencies.  We are currently looking for a Contract Liaison Officer for our client.

The budgeted compensation for these positions includes an hourly rate of $33.84 plus additional health and welfare payment of $5.09/hr.  Hourly rates are variable based on geographical locations as this is an SCA contract. 


Position Summary 
Supports installation-level Army TAP operations through stakeholder coordination, performance analysis, reporting, event support, and maintenance of accurate program data. The Contractor Liaison Officer provides commanders and program leaders with timely, actionable information and helps connect TAP activities with installation, community, employer, and interagency partners. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and report installation-level TAP performance, participation, throughput, attendance, and resource utilization data. 
  • Prepare recurring command-level, program, and ad hoc reports; consolidate information from counselors, Government staff, and partner organizations. 
  • Monitor participation and compliance across workshops, counseling milestones, Capstone, hiring events, and other required TAP activities. 
  • Maintain accurate information in Army and IMCOM-designated systems, trackers, calendars, and reporting tools. 
  • Coordinate with the CIM, installation TAP Manager, command representatives, public affairs, employers, education partners, and community organizations. 
  • Support planning and execution of hiring events, career fairs, outreach initiatives, public affairs activities, and employment preparation events. 
  • Conduct post-event analysis, capture participant and stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements to future activities. 
  • Support administration of participant assessments, surveys, attendance processes, and required documentation. 
  • Assist with facility, classroom, audiovisual, equipment, materials, and logistical coordination for TAP activities. 
  • Provide timely visibility into emerging issues, missed opportunities, scheduling conflicts, and performance trends. 

Minimum Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. 
  • Experience with transition programs, installation coordination, stakeholder engagement, workforce development, event management, data analysis, or a related function. 
  • Familiarity with military installation operations and the needs of transitioning Service members and families. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, written communication, briefing, and customer service skills. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools, including spreadsheets and presentation software. 
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accurate records in a high-volume environment. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required Government suitability, installation access, Common Access Card, and system access. 

Preferred Qualifications 
  • Prior military service or experience working with Army commands, IMCOM, TAP, workforce development, or veteran employment programs. 
  • Experience preparing command briefings, performance dashboards, and event outcome reports. 
  • Experience with Government systems of record or installation-level reporting tools.
