SUMMARY
Responsibilities will be daily coffee supply for employees and lunchroom cleaning.
Cleaning all buildings bathrooms and other duties as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•   Floor cleaning utilizing the following machinery: burnisher, carpet cleaner, floor scrubber, and pressure washer
•   Lunchroom duties including coffee, cleaning, stock supplies, coffee orders, assuring that lunchroom is in order and clean at all times
•   May be back-up for mail delivery and pick-ups
•   Clean all restrooms in buildings
•   Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
•   May require knowledge of postage equipment
•   Vacuum offices and general cleaning as needed
•   Other duties as required
•   Responsible for complying with all applicable Safety and Environmental policies

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and
100's. Â Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step
instructions. Â Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
