Brown & BrownĀ is seekingĀ aĀ Commercial Lines Account CoordinatorĀ to join our growing team inĀ Fort Collins, CO!

The purpose of a Commercial Lines Account Coordinator is to achieve client satisfaction by providing technical support to the service team and other members of the department to drive the delivery of exceptional customer service.Ā 

Ā 

How You Will Contribute:   

  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks including but not limited to policy checking, processing policies/endorsements, invoicing, claim reporting, issuance of certificates of insurance, and auto ID cards.Ā 

  • Build courteous and successful relationships with team, vendors and carriers to improve client retention.Ā 

  • AssistĀ in the review of internal compliance and client disclosure requirements, policies,Ā endorsementsĀ and certificates to ensure alignment with client expectations, legalĀ requirementsĀ and insurance operations.Ā 

  • AssistĀ in the renewal process for all assigned clients as directed; including ordering updated loss information, obtaining updated information, documenting renewal applications, and preparing pre-renewal packets and binders.Ā 

  • Record renewal, sales, and insurance operations compliance documents into the agency management database, as directed.Ā 

  • Follow agency guidelines,Ā policies,Ā and procedures.Ā Ā 

  • Promote teamwork, support, knowledgeĀ sharing,Ā and a positive attitude in the department and office.Ā Ā 

  • Participate in training opportunities to remain current on industry information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology including professional development and continuing educationĀ requiredĀ for valid licensing.Ā 

Ā 

Licenses & Certifications:   

  •  Willingness to obtainĀ a PropertyĀ and Casualty Insurance Producer license.Ā 

Ā 

Skills & Experience to be Successful:  

  •  Working knowledge of insuranceĀ coverage, contracts, and state regulations where business is conducted.Ā 

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher.Ā Ā Able to create, edit, and merge letters, spreadsheets, labels, etc.Ā 

  • ProficientĀ knowledgeĀ use of office equipment (including but not limited to copy machines, printers, faxes, binding machine, etc.)Ā 

  • 1+Ā yearĀ work experience.Ā Ā

Preferred:Ā 

  • College Degree in a business-related field.

Pay Range

$26.00 - $26.00 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
