Position Overview
Human Capital Resources and Concepts (HCRC) is seeking a motivated Junior HR Solutions Analyst to support one of our Federal Clients
The Junior HR Solutions Analyst will provide program, project, research, coordination, documentation, and administrative support across human capital and workforce shaping initiatives. This position will work closely with the Senior HR Solutions Analyst, Data Analyst, Government program managers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide program and project support, workforce planning and human capital initiatives.
- Assist senior analysts and program managers with research, analysis, documentation, coordination, and implementation activities.
- Support requirements gathering and current-state assessments for assigned HR programs.
- Assist with development of recommendations, implementation tools, templates, checklists, forms, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinate meetings, stakeholder interviews, working sessions, training activities, and program events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action items, status updates, briefing materials, and other program documentation.
- Assist with tracking schedules, deliverables, milestones, actions, and Government priorities.

- Awards and recognition
- Talent development and retention
- Functional Communities
- Leadership development
- Training needs assessments
- Succession planning
- Strategic workforce planning
- Position classification
- Outreach
- Support Hiring and Onboarding Program activities, including coordination with supervisors, sponsors, briefers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with onboarding logistics, orientation materials, communications, reminders, and program documentation.
- Assist with maintaining and improving processes, procedures, guidebooks, and program information.
- Support training sessions, informational briefings, and stakeholder communications.
- Assist with collection and reporting of program data, metrics, and performance information.
- Support development and coordination of communications and informational materials for Agency stakeholders.
- Perform administrative and analytical support necessary to successfully execute assigned human capital programs.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or demonstrated knowledge in human resources, human capital, workforce development, organizational development, business administration, program support, or a related area.
- Strong organizational, research, analytical, and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and meet established deadlines.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, meeting documentation, spreadsheets, and other business products.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Government stakeholders, program managers, senior analysts, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Federal Government or DoD HR/program support experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with workforce planning, talent management, onboarding, training, succession planning, or workforce development is desirable.
Security Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must possess and maintain a minimum DoD Secret security clearance.
- Must comply with applicable Privacy Act, DD254, security, and Non-Disclosure Agreement requirements.
