On July 1, 2025, IPL Plastics merged with Schoeller Allibert to form IPL Schoeller (the ‘company’). The Company’s operations are split across North America (11 manufacturing plants) and Europe (16 manufacturing plants).

IPL Schoeller is a leading manufacturer of sustainable rigid packaging solutions across a range of end market segments including returnable transit packaging, consumer and industrial packaging, environmental containers and agricultural packaging. The role
Must check and read Work Orders at the start of each shift and at start-up of new jobs. Must look for ICR’s, NCR’s, Quality Alerts daily on the department Communication Board. Participate in inspection activities or work requirements in molding or other departments. Reports all incidents/accidents that occur within the plant or in production areas witnessed by or involving you. Verifies incoming and outgoing materials, components and products, handling and disposition of merchandise, and keeping accurate inventory. Accurately scan labor tickets and inventory transactions, maintaining pace with removal of finished product. Hauls materials, packaging and product, WIP, suspect product, scrap and finished goods for molding department in a timely manner. Must make sure that all scans and work orders are performed according to procedure. Must meet and/or exceed all requirements for our VISUAL and JDE systems, making sure all scans are done from location to location. Must meet and/or exceed all requirements for accurate Inventory management. Accurately record and report all scrap, non-conforming product and damaged material. Properly complete all post-shift reporting to insure a smooth transition from shift to shift. Use proper ID techniques for traceability to ID parts during production or inspection. Must be able to make, seal and label boxes. Follow all guidelines and proper procedures for labeling of materials and components. Perform other related duties as assigned. Complies with company policies and procedures, giving special attention to safety regulations. Report any discrepancies or concerns to Shift Supervisors, Quality Control or Management. Responsible for quality of work performed. Any travel, if required. Report promptly at designated start time. Be prompt from returning from breaks. Follow Work Instructions, Visual Aids and Work Orders. Report Quality Concerns. Clock in and out of both payroll and visual systems accurately. Collaborates with other departments as necessary to efficiently coordinate jobs. Be courteous and helpful to others. Must be able to work assigned shifts and days, including weekdays/ends and holidays.
