JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Assist with administrative duties of the department. Help train, schedule, and coach hourly employees to assure product meets prescribed quality standards while meeting production goals. Assure compliance with all policies regarding safety and conduct.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: 

Lead person or similar experience with a high level of responsibility and knowledge of production line processes and work areas. Must have the ability to read prints.  Experience with Teamcenter, excel spreadsheet, and mainframe. Candidate must have attention to detail and communicate well with many departments. Must be willing and able to work the hours needed to get the job done.

SPECIAL SKILLS OR TOOLS PREFERRED: 

Must have the ability to work well with people, along with good communication, and planning skills. The individual must be a self-starter who puts safey and quality first. The candidate must also have the ability to multi-task, be an ambassador of safety and quality, as well as possession of a favorable outlook regarding the support of process changes, and the promotion of continuous improvements to benefit the team.  Willing to train the right person with motivation to learn new skill sets.
