Job DetailsJob Location: Hemlock - Fontana, CA 92337Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $70,304.00 - $85,000.00 Salary/yearJob Summary:  The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and workforce management. This position provides leadership, direction, and support to warehouse personnel to ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety objectives are achieved. The Warehouse Supervisor partners with management to drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize labor utilization, maintain customer service standards, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Essential Functions: Oversees warehouse activities in support of operations, including but not limited to, receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials Trains, supervises, and evaluates the performance of warehouse associates, assign duties Conducts shift meetings to communicate general information, address specific topics with engaging warehouse employees Ensures inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage Keeps equipment operating by enforcing safe operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance Maintains a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the work area Provides the necessary leadership that is associated with building as well as maintaining a strong workforce Manages and coordinates the activities of warehouse employees with providing support to diagnose problems and recognize issues Monitors performance, disciplines, corrective action, for warehouse associates in follow safety guidelines and policy and procedures in partnership with Human Resources for guidance Responsible for warehouse employee’s work schedules and manage staffing needs Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved Monitor quality of work, assure warehouse employees conform to compliance of company policies and procedures Completes assigned work efficiently and in an organized manner within an established time frame, works to complete objectives and sees a task through the end while taking into considerations current responsibilities and workload Manage time and attendance procedures for warehouse employees’ timekeeping recording Demonstrates a high level of professionalism including mutual trust and respect to all company employees Travel to offsite locations on an as needed basis. Must maintain a current driver's license, proof of insurance, clean motor vehicle report and reliable transportation throughout employment. Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum five (5) years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or 3PL environment. Minimum three (3) years of supervisory or leadership experience. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Experience managing employee performance, attendance, scheduling, and productivity. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF technology, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make sound operational decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Forklift certification required or ability to maintain certification. Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
