Job Summary

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – 2nd Shift

Heritage Post Acute of Florence is seeking a dependable and compassionate RN or LPN to join our nursing team on second shift, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and document residents' conditions
• Communicate changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare providers
• Supervise and collaborate with CNAs and other nursing staff
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Current, active South Carolina RN or LPN license
• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
