Signature Smile in Florence, AL is looking for an experienced, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team. We’re looking for someone who brings positive energy to the office, takes pride in excellent patient care, and knows how to keep a busy clinical day running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll work closely with our doctors and clinical team to create an efficient, comfortable experience for every patient. Responsibilities include:

• Assist doctors during general and restorative procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials

• Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records

• Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care

• Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards

• Help keep the clinical schedule running efficiently

• Support your teammates wherever needed to create an excellent patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred

• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection-control standards

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• A team-first attitude and genuine commitment to patient care

• Required Alabama dental assisting credentials/certifications, as applicable
