WECA is looking for a Project Manager to join our team!  The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. The Project Manager serves as a liaison among stakeholders, facilitates communication across departments, manages risks, and drives project execution to achieve intended outcomes. Living in the state of Wisconsin is required for this position. This position supports WECA’s work state-wide.  Primary office is in Fitchburg, WI with hybrid work options. Facilitate communication among team members, including WECA leadership regarding project progress. Lead project teams by assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities. Monitor project expenses, ensuring adherence to budget constraints. Collaborate with all WECA programs to identify clear program outcomes, indicators, and measurement methods. Collect information and research to support grant writing, evaluation requirements, reports, and policy/procedures for WECA. Provide minor supervisory oversight to staff responsible within projects.
