Job DetailsJob Location: Lake Region Healthcare Corporation - FERGUS FALLS, MN 56537Position Type: Full-Time/Part-TimeSalary Range: $33.17 - $41.42 HourlyJob Category: PharmaceuticalThe 340B Program Analyst prepares and assists in the monitoring, tracking and reporting of key performance indicators to ensure 340B program compliance and optimization. This position reports to the Pharmacy Director and primarily interacts with pharmacy, finance, and revenue cycle departments. Duties include but are not limited to: Develop and maintain financial, compliance, and performance reports to monitor 340B Program activity and impact. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities, address risks, and recommend improvements to program performance and financial stability. Extract, reconcile, validate, and manage 340B data and reporting files across pharmacy, patient, payer, contract pharmacy, and vendor systems. Collaborate with pharmacy, compliance, and the 340B Oversight Committee to establish metrics, monitor compliance, and support audits. Communicate findings, discrepancies, and recommendations to management and key stakeholders. Hours/Shifts Full time or part time available (between 0.6-1.0FTE), day shifts, Monday to Friday. Please note your FTE preference in your application. Compensation Hourly wage range: $33.17-$41.42. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations. Sign-on bonus available with pro-rated options for part-time hires. QualificationsRequirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skill, and/or ability. High School Diploma or GED with Pharmacy Technician certification and/or Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Knowledge of 340B and experience with pharmacy operations beneficial Successful completion of a pre-employment background check Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Accurately follows oral and written instructions, pays attention to detail and follows through with initiated tasks
