The RN or LPN has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, hospital employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position. You’ll have the opportunity to help patients in all stages of life and make meaningful connections every day. Our goal is to provide quality patient care every day, and we seek knowledgeable, motivated candidates to join our team!  Hours/Shifts 64 hours biweekly, day shifts, Monday to Friday.  Compensation The LPN pay range for this role is $23.79-$31.99/hour. The RN pay range for this role is $31.72-$47.43. BSN hires are eligible for an extra $1/hour. QualificationsFor Licensed Practical Nurse applicants: Education/Special Skills: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform within the nursing scope of practice. Current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within six months. Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening. Reliable attendance and ability to work at the clinic site as scheduled, including travel to other clinic sites. Licensure/Certification: Current Minnesota LPN Licensure CPR Certificate Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Performs nursing care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, or provider, consistent with the LPN scope of practice defined by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.  For Registered Nurse applicants: Education/Special Skills: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to perform within the registered nurse scope of practice. Current Healthcare Provider-level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within six months. Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening. Reliable attendance and ability to work at the clinic site as scheduled, including travel to other clinic sites. Licensure/Certification: Current Minnesota RN Licensure CPR Certificate Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. The RN delegates and supervises nursing care consistent with professional standards and the scope of practice as defined by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
