As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be an important connection between our customers, sales team, and manufacturing plants. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment. You’ll handle customer calls and emails, troubleshoot issues, maintain customer records, coordinate with internal teams, and help ensure customer requirements are met. If you have:  Good phone/email etiquette Able to perform multiple tasks at once Work independently and stay focused Understanding of work quality Strong knowledge with Windows-based computer operating systems and software Positive Attitude with good customer service relations Problem solving skills Pay attention to detail, recognize and report issues Self-motivated to get assigned work completed Willingness and personality suited to work in a team-oriented environment  A typical day may look like this:  Accept calls and emails from customers Document customer calls/issues Research and troubleshoot customer/plant process issues Assist customers with issues (i.e. delivery requirements, quality issues, etc.) Work with sales force on customer related issues Plant liaison for customers Create and update records in CRM software Support team members as workload increases Backup other CSR’s during vacation, sick days, and other days out Update customer required reporting and pricing Assist Customer Service Manager with special projects as needed Update quality issue report and attend monthly quality meetings Update special instructions as necessary Work with the plant on issues involving customer requirements Other Important Information: Farmington Location Reports to Annette Holloway 50% Sitting 40% Standing 10% Walking Lifting up to 40lbs.
