The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner to the President/Chief Operating Officers (COO) of Vibe Restaurants, facilitating the execution of organizational priorities and ensuring alignment across departments. This role acts as a key liaison between the President/COO and internal/external stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The Chief of Staff provides critical support in decision-making, communication, and project management to advance the company’s mission and growth objectives.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Support the President/COO in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Monitor progress on key organizational priorities and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Facilitate the execution of high-impact projects across departments.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between the President/COO and senior leadership to ensure clear communication.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Facilitate executive meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-through on action items.
  • Represent the President/COO in meetings and communications as needed.

3. Operational Efficiency

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency.
  • Oversee special projects and initiatives to support operational goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to leadership.
  • Support the implementation of new systems or tools to enhance productivity.

4. Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the President/COO.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchise partners and vendors.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for the President/COO and leadership team.

5. Leadership & Advisory Support

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the President/COO on business and organizational matters.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to address challenges and opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation.


ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Keeps the President/COO informed of strategic, operational, and departmental updates.
  • Ensures alignment of initiatives with organizational priorities and goals.
  • Drives effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Manages resources and timelines effectively for strategic projects.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees the execution of strategic initiatives in alignment with company objectives.
  • Tracks and reports on project progress and organizational performance.
  • Supports crisis management and ensures preparedness for business disruptions.
  • Maintains strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in a strategic, operational, or leadership role, preferably in hospitality or multi-unit operations.
  • Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Primarily office-based with occasional travel to restaurant locations.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Occasionally required to lift and carry materials for meetings or events.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:
