ResponsibilitiesÂ

Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers Â
Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experienceÂ
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team membersÂ
Operate systems including POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devicesÂ
Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environmentÂ
Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflowÂ
Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat businessÂ
Utilize delivery management systems to coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers, and support efficient logistics and fulfillment operations.Â
Perform general housekeeping, cleaning, and organizational tasks to maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming store environment.Â
Assist with inventory control activities, including receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and helping maintain accurate inventory records.Â
Contribute to various store operations and team support tasks as needed to optimize store performance, merchandising, and overall efficiency.Â
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to store processes and operational standards.Â
QualificationsÂ
Required:Â
High School Diploma or GEDÂ
Valid Driver’s LicenseÂ
Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsÂ
Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilitiesÂ
Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systemsÂ
Â
Preferred:Â
Experience in automotive, retail, or parts environmentÂ
Hands-on experience with vehicle repair or maintenanceÂ
Knowledge of inventory or cataloging systemsÂ
Background in automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, farm, marine, or dealership environmentsÂ
ASE Certification (not required)Â

This position offers a starting hourly rate of $17. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
