We are searching for a talented HVAC Mechanic AssociateÂ

Hours: 40hrsÂ
Shift: Day shift, 7:00am - 3:00pm, or as needed with On Call rotation (weeknights, weekends and holiday) Â Â Â
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

Responsibilities
Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Facilities, or designee, perform routine predictive & preventive maintenance on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) throughout the facilities. Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctioning HVAC equipment and systems. Make repairs, calibrate, and functionally test equipment and systems. Recommend solutions for necessary corrective action.Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification required.
- Related experience required to demonstrate ability to operate and maintain typical HVAC Systems.
- Two (2) years experience in a hospital or industrial/commercial environment with knowledge in the maintenance and repair of building HVAC components.
- Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay Range
USD $23.38 - USD $39.32 /Hr.Rotation Schedule Requirement
