Job Summary
We’re looking for a caring and energetic Child Care Teacher to join our team! In this role, you’ll help support young children’s growth by creating a safe, fun, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. You'll plan hands-on activities, provide daily care, and partner with families to help children reach important milestones. What You’ll Do:
  • Create and lead engaging, age-appropriate games, lessons, and activities
  • Develop and follow daily and weekly classroom schedules
  • Provide nurturing care and support basic caregiving routines
  • Observe and assess each child’s development and milestones
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a licensed childcare center or home-based childcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development
  • Patient, nurturing, and creative personality
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
