Job Title: Field Assets & Logistics Manager position

Job Summary
The Field Assets & Logistics Manager is responsible for the organization, maintenance, tracking, and distribution of all company tools and equipment. This role ensures tools are available, safe, properly maintained, and accounted for across job sites. The Field Assets & Logistics Manager plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, reducing loss, and supporting efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory of all company-owned tools and equipment
- Issue, track, and receive tools for field crews and job sites
- Inspect tools regularly for safety, functionality, and compliance
- Coordinate repairs, servicing, and replacements as needed
- Ensure tools are clean, organized, and properly stored
- Maintain records for tool check-outs, returns, maintenance, and losses
- Order new tools and supplies in coordination with management
- Investigate lost or damaged tools and recommend corrective actions
- Support job site mobilization and demobilization by staging/deliveringtools and equipment
- Enforce company tool policies and safety standards
- Provide monthly invoices toaccountingfor internal billings
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in construction, tool management, warehouse, or equipment handling
- Strong knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy tools and equipment
- Basic computer skills (inventory software, spreadsheets, or tracking systems)
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements
- Ability tolift upto [50–75] pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in warehouse and job site environments
- Ability to work outdoors invaryingweather conditions
Preferred Attributes
- Forklift or equipment certification
- DOT medical card (needed to operate stake body truck)
- Experience with tool tracking systems or barcoding
- Mechanical aptitude
- Proactive problem-solver with a safety-first mindset
