The Learning Experience (TLE) in Marietta is looking for an enthusiastic Center Floater to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a team environment, and genuinely loves helping young children learn, play, and grow.

As a Center Floater, you will have the opportunity to work with children across our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms while supporting our teachers and helping our center run smoothly throughout the day.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide loving, attentive, and engaging care for children ages 6 weeks through preschool
  • Float between classrooms and assist teachers based on the needs of the center
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
  • Engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, music, movement, and learning experiences
  • Support daily routines including meals, diapering, toileting, nap time, transitions, and outdoor play
  • Assist teachers with classroom preparation, cleaning, and organization
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Follow all health, safety, and licensing requirements
  • Step in wherever you’re needed with a positive attitude and a team-first mindset

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable working with children of different ages
  • A strong communicator and team player
  • Flexible and willing to jump into different classrooms and situations
  • Comfortable with the physical demands of childcare, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and getting down on the children’s level
  • Committed to providing a safe and high-quality experience for every child
Previous childcare, daycare, preschool, babysitting, nanny, camp, or early childhood education experience is a plus—but the right attitude and genuine love for children matter just as much.
