This position is responsible for researching grant opportunities, making recommendations to college leadership, writing and managing grants, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, regional, and other grant requirements. The Grant & Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for grant-related activities and will support the College’s institutional research efforts by establishing and maintaining grant-related data used for planning, reporting, and decision-making. The successful candidate will have experience in grant writing, grant administration, program management, strategic planning, budgeting, resource management, and management reporting. The position requires the ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision. Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and project management skills are essential. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
