Relationship Representative

RELATIONSHIP REPRESENTATIVE (FULL-TIME) – Henderson Center Branch

Redwood Capital Bank is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our Henderson Center Branch as a full-time Relationship Representative.

In this role, you’ll assist customers with their everyday banking needs, open and maintain accounts, help connect customers with Bank products and services, and provide the personalized service our customers have come to expect. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and wants to be part of a team that builds lasting relationships within our local community. Prior banking or new account experience is preferred, but not required.

Starting pay: $21–$26 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time employees also enjoy a competitive benefits package including paid time off, paid holidays, health benefits, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
