Customer Service Representative

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (TELLER) – FULL-TIME – Eureka Branch

Redwood Capital Bank is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our Eureka Branch as full time Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you’ll be one of the first people our customers see when they visit the branch. You’ll assist with everyday banking transactions, answer customer questions, and provide the friendly, personalized service our customers have come to expect. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and wants to be part of a team that builds lasting relationships within our local community. Prior banking or cash-handling experience is preferred, but not required.

Starting pay: $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time employees also enjoy a competitive benefits package including paid time off, paid holidays, health benefits, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
