Position Summary As an Electrical Apprentice, you will work under the supervision of a licensed electrician to assist with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, eager to learn, and committed to developing a long-term career in the electrical trade. Job Type: Full-time Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. This is a non-exempt position. Work hours may vary based on the needs of the business, and overtime may be required.   Rate of Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience Location: 90330 Hwy 99N, Eugene, OR 97402 Responsibilities Assist with the installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures Follow blueprints, electrical codes, and safety regulations Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Assist licensed electricians with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs Learn and develop electrical skills through on-the-job training and classroom instruction Follow company policies and safety procedures Provide professional and courteous service to customers         Qualifications Enrolled in or willing to enroll in the Mid Oregon IEC electrical apprenticeship program High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a variety of conditions, including heights, tight spaces, and outdoors Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Must pass a background check and drug screening   What We Offer 401(k) with a 4% employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays Paid vacation Oregon paid sick leave   Additional Information This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
