The Position We are looking for an individual who excels at customer service, both in person and over the phone. You must be able to maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers, communicate effectively, and quickly find solutions that leave our customers satisfied. The Install Coordinator is a key position within our company. You will take sold installation jobs and make sure they are properly processed, documented, and prepared for completion. This is a detail-oriented position that requires someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and understands that small details can make a big difference. Daily Responsibilities Process sold installation jobs and enter all necessary information into our software Prepare and process required paperwork Manage pre-installation and post-installation documentation Coordinate information between customers, sales, installers, and the office Handle customer requests and questions Assist with escalated customer situations and find solutions quickly Ensure customer needs are fulfilled while following company procedures Review jobs for accuracy and completeness Keep installation jobs moving through the process Maintain accurate records and documentation Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process What We're Looking For The right person will be: Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent at customer service Professional and confident on the phone Comfortable working in a fast-paced office A strong communicator A problem solver who looks for solutions rather than excuses Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities Motivated to learn, improve, and grow Someone who wants to advance their skills, responsibilities, and career Training This will be our third Install Coordinator position, and we will provide hands-on, one-on-one training to the right individual.
