We’re looking for a Dental Operations Leader to join our established single-doctor PPO and FFS practice in Erie, Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving operations, and partnering closely with the Dentist to create an exceptional experience for both patients and team members.
This is more than an office management role. Our Office Leaders are true partners to their Dentists, working together to achieve practice goals, develop the team, strengthen the patient experience, and build a healthy, high-performing office culture.

As the Dental Operations Leader, you will be responsible for leading people, driving accountability, strengthening communication, and ensuring the office operates at its highest level. You’ll work closely with the General Dentist and Regional Director of Operations to identify opportunities, solve problems, and turn goals into results.

Operations & Front Office Leadership
This is a hands-on leadership position. You will oversee and participate in the day-to-day operations of the practice, including all front office responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Patient scheduling and appointment management
- Insurance verification and coordination
- Treatment presentation and patient financial discussions
- Patient communication and relationship building
- Billing and collections oversight
- Accounts receivable management
- Office systems and workflow optimization
- Front office team performance and accountability
- Staffing and scheduling support
- Hiring, onboarding, and training
- Employee relations and performance management
- Maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Supporting the practice’s financial and operational goals

Qualifications
Dental office leadership and management experience is required for this position.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous dental office management, dental operations, or dental leadership experience
- Strong understanding of dental front office operations
- Experience with employee relations and team development
- Proven ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong business and operational judgment
- Ability to analyze performance and take action
- A positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Passion for creating exceptional patient and employee experiences

Work Environment
This role is based in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Physical Demands
The position may require occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to stand, walk, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity throughout the workday.

Education and Experience
A college degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with at least one year of business or managerial experience.
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
