Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000
Total Compensation: $95,000–$120,000, based on experience, certifications, bonuses, and performance incentives

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on physical therapy and therapeutic exercise
  • Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and home exercises
  • Communicate with physicians and other members of the care team
  • Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress accurately
  • Collaborate with other clinicians to provide exceptional patient care
  • Build strong relationships with patients and help them reach their goals
What We're Looking For
  • Active or in-progress state Physical Therapist license
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
  • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
  • Patient-first mindset
