Physical Therapist

New Grad Friendly | Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000
Total Compensation: $95,000–$120,000, based on experience, certifications, bonuses, and performance incentives

Eligible PTs can choose $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.

• Active or in-progress state Physical Therapist license
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
