Registered Behavior Technician – Paid RBT Training

Starting Pay & Perks:

• Certified RBTs: $18.50 – $23.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)

• Uncertified / Entry-Level: $17.00 – $18.50 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Deliver compassionate, assent-based care that prioritizes client preferences while supporting neurodiversity acceptance.

• Implement Individualized Plans: Run target procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.

• Track Session Data: Use a company tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn (no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!).

• Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a team-focused setting.

• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation to the Ennis clinic daily.

• Physical Ability: Agile and energetic! Able to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at eye level and maintain safety protocols.
